toolcu.com is founded and run by Tugancan Can from Istanbul. All editorial decisions, tool evaluations, and publishing schedules are set by the founder and a small advisory network.
We are small. For transparency: our content workflow uses AI-assisted tools (particularly for research and first drafts). Every published piece is reviewed by a human editor before release.
